When you’re shopping online, and you’ve found the perfect product, there’s nothing more frustrating than getting to the checkout, and discovering that it actually costs extra to have your order delivered to your front door. Here at Reflect and Renew we don't do that and that is why we include standard shipping to all locations in mainland United Kingdom.*
In order to ensure your goods arrive to you as quickly and as smoothly as possible, we aim to ensure all orders are despatched within two working days** of cleared payment. Should a situation arise where we are not able to despatch your order on time we will always contact you to make you aware of this and give you the option of a cancellation with full refund if need be.
Once your item has been sent out, you should receive an email notification confirming this, which will also detail the courier the order has been sent with, as well as a tracking number if one is available. If you do not receive this email for whatever reason, or if you have a query about your delivery, please feel free to get in touch.
*Mainland United Kingdom refers to all locations within England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands. Deliveries to Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands of the UK, may incur an additional delivery charge. Sorry international delivery not yet available.
